Returns & Warranty

SECTION 1 - Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

 

SECTION 2 - Returns(if applicable):

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

SECTION 4 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@utimi.com .

SECTION 5 - Resending(if applicable):

Attention:

Due to customer reasons, our company will charge a certain logistics fee for the resending the parcel. E.g, the recipient address information is incorrectly filled out.

Considered the nature of the products we sell, we want to make sure that our customers are protected and fostering clean, hygienic and healthy living. We do everything we can to make sure that everything we sell is clean, hygienic, sealed, and has never been directly touched by a human, and also, has never been used before. Once an order leaves our warehouse facility there is no way of verifying that the products within are still new and unused.

 

SECTION 6 - One Year Warranty:

Online purchases made through utimi.com break down within one year in the period of proper use, our customers can enjoy the relevant warranty to get them replaced.

Attention:

NO CREDIT will be given to any "NON-DEFECTIVE" and "USED" products.No warranty will be given to any force majeure and man-made causes to a defective product, such as improper care, personal tear down and willful damage, etc.
